Daily Visa Run to Cambodia

Trust our friendly, experienced staff in Thailand & Cambodia to provide you with the quickest, safest, and most comfortable visa run service available. We use only professional drivers and well-maintained, late model, deluxe passenger vans.

Our main BangkokBuddy.com website has all current Thai visa news & service updates. Please go here: Visa Run Bangkok

Schedule:

We depart from Sukhumvit Plaza (a/k/a Korean Town)* at Sukhumvit Soi 12 at 05:00 in the morning 3 days per week (Sundays, Wednesdays & Friday ). We request that that you arrive at the departure point between 04:15 – 04:30 so we can complete all your paperwork before the scheduled departure time. Reservations are strongly encouraged; while we try to accommodate all walk-up guests, our visa trips are on a space-available basis.

We arrive at the Cambodian border at 08:30 and exit Thailand. After crossing the border you will enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet breakfast with Western and Asia style cuisine by our hospitality partner Poipet Casino Resort. Then you can relax, shop for duty-free, or try your luck at games of chance. Our Cambodian staff are there to answer your questions or help with any issues.

We start our return to Bangkok by re-entering Thailand, then we get on the road at 10:30 — a little later some days if the Aranyaprathet-Poipet border crossing is quite busy. We return to Bangkok at about 14:30 making six drop-off stops. We can drop you off at Srinagarinda Road, RCA, Petchaburi MRT station, the Asoke/Sukhumvit junction (subway & BTS Skytrain, or on Sukhumvit Soi 12).

On both the outbound and return journeys we’ll stop for about 15 minutes so you can stretch your legs, get a drink or a snack, or have a smoke. Our vans are all 100% non-smoking and do not play movies or music so you can relax.

(*Please note that this is the location of the former Jack Total Golf visa run, but we are NOT Jack Golf. Jack Golf has been out of business for over 2 years and the former visa specialist is the director of Bangkok Buddy.)

Conditions:

Your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity and no less than two empty pages. (The Cambodian visa sticker takes one full page, and another page is needed for 4 total stamps.) You will also need to bring with you 1 passport-size photo.

Under the visa waiver program, passport holders of most countries will receive a 15-day stamp from Thai Immigration; certain other nationals will get 30 or 60 days. And if you already have a traditional double-entry or multiple-entry visa (type “B”, type “O”) you’ll get your full entitlement of 60 or 90 days as appropriate.

For the safety and comfort of all our visa run guests, drinking alcoholic beverages is not allowed in our vehicles, and we reserve the right to refuse service to passengers who arrive intoxicated. We also ask that you not bring strong-smelling foods such as durian. Please bring your headphones for your mobile devices. Excessive talking on the phone or to other passengers is discouraged. Thank you for your consideration towards other passengers.

Need more than 15/30 days? Bangkok Buddy Travel Service also has a 4-day/3-night trip to Poipet to get your 60-day Thailand tourist visa!

And Your Thai Friend?

Yes, you can bring your Thai spouse, partner or friend along with you! The fee is just 1,100 baht total, and only 800 baht if your Thai friend chooses not to cross into Cambodia with us.

 Just Need a Ride?

If you are planning to cross into Cambodia on your own, or just need transportation to Aranyaprathet and Rong Kleu Market, we’re pleased to have you share our safe, comfortable ride. The fees for transportation-only arrangements are 600 baht one-way or 800 baht round-trip. Please coordinate your return date with our office if not coming back the same day so we can make sure there’s room for you.
